工作职责：

Responsibilities:
1.Lead full-process management of in vivo metabolic pharmacology programs (obesity, diabetes, NASH), with accountability for experimental progress, data integrity, and on-time delivery.
2.Lead protocol design and final report writing; evaluate model feasibility and project risks.
3.Supervise technical staff in model induction and phenotypic assessments (IPGTT/IPITT, metabolic cages, biochemical/histopathological endpoints), troubleshooting critical technical issues on the bench.
4.Act as the scientific point of contact for clients, independently driving protocol discussions, Q&A, and providing R&D strategy recommendations.

任职资格：

Requirements:
1.Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields; hands-on experience in developing metabolic disease models (obesity, diabetes, NAFLD/NASH) preferred.
2.Proficient in mouse/rat surgical and experimental procedures; experienced in various biochemical assays.
3.Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening); English as a working language.
4.Detail-oriented, execution-focused, with strong client communication skills, resilience, and team spirit.
