1、负责临床前自免药效平台的日常运营、技术方向规划及SOP体系建设，确保数据质量与交付效率。
2、主导自身免疫性疾病模型的开发与优化（EAE、CIA关节炎、银屑病、肠炎、哮喘、SLE、肺纤维化等），审核关键项目的试验方案及报告，把控科学性与合规性。
3、负责团队的梯队搭建、绩效考核与人才培养，提升团队在免疫类模型上的专业能力。
4、作为技术核心对接重点客户，提供专业研发建议；协同BD/市场部门进行技术宣讲与支持。

Responsibilities:
1.Lead day-to-day operations, technology roadmap, and SOP system development for the preclinical autoimmune pharmacology platform, ensuring data quality and delivery efficiency.
2.Drive development and optimization of autoimmune disease models (EAE, CIA, psoriasis, IBD, asthma, SLE, pulmonary fibrosis, etc.); review critical protocols and reports to ensure scientific integrity and compliance.
3.Build team structure, manage performance, and cultivate talent to elevate platform expertise in immunological models.
4.Serve as senior technical interface for key clients, advising on study strategies; support BD/marketing teams with scientific presentations and technical consultation.

任职资格：

任职要求：
1、博士学历，药理、免疫学、医学或相关专业；3年以上CRO工作经验，至少2年以上团队管理经验。
2、精通自身免疫性疾病动物模型构建与评价，熟悉免疫学终点分析（流式、细胞因子、组织病理评分等）。
3、优秀的统筹管理及沟通协调能力。
4、结果导向，抗压能力强，具备高度的责任心和客户服务意识。

Requirements:
1.Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Immunology, Medicine, or related fields; 3+ years in CRO experience with at least 2 years of team management experience.
2.Expert in autoimmune animal model development and evaluation; proficient in immunological endpoint analysis (flow cytometry, multiplex cytokine assays, histopathological scoring, clinical scoring).
3.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills;.
4.Results-oriented, highly resilient, with strong accountability and client-centric mindset.
