1、负责临床前代谢药效平台的日常运营、技术方向规划及SOP体系建设，确保数据质量与交付效率。
2、主导肥胖、NASH、糖尿病、心血管疾病模型的开发与优化，审核关键项目的试验方案及报告，把控科学性与合规性。
3、负责团队的梯队搭建、绩效考核与人才培养，提升团队专业能力。
4、作为技术核心对接重点客户，提供专业研发建议；协同BD/市场部门进行技术宣讲与支持。

Responsibilities:
1.Lead day-to-day operations, technology roadmap, and SOP system development for the preclinical metabolic pharmacology platform, ensuring data quality and on-time delivery.
2.Drive development and optimization of metabolic disease models (obesity, NASH, T2DM, cardiovascular indications) and review key study protocols and final reports to ensure scientific rigor and compliance.
3.Build team structure, lead performance management, and develop talent to strengthen overall technical capabilities.
4.Serve as the primary technical POC for key accounts, providing strategic R&D advice; collaborate with BD and marketing on scientific presentations and technical support.

Requirements:
1.Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Medicine, or related fields; 3+ years CRO experience with at least 2 years of people management experience.
2.Expert in metabolic animal model construction and evaluation (DIO, db/db, NASH, etc.) with solid knowledge of biochemical and histopathological endpoints.
3.Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
4.Results-driven, highly resilient under pressure, with strong ownership and client service mindset.
