工作职责：

1、Lead the implementation, quality control, and management of preclinical pharmacodynamic (PD) validation projects, specifically focusing on autoimmune diseases.
2、Ensure the completeness and robustness of experiment protocols by conducting literature reviews, authoring study plans, and assessing protocol feasibility and potential risks.
3、Coordinate and support laboratory personnel in conducting experiments; troubleshoot issues to ensure projects are executed strictly per protocol, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, with on-time delivery and high-quality results.
4、Process experimental data and author comprehensive reports that objectively present results accurately and completely, ensuring the highest quality of documentation.
5、Engage with clients to provide timely project updates and R&D recommendations; deliver professional explanations and answers to client inquiries.
6、Monitor the latest advancements and industry trends in target disease areas; proactively explore and develop novel disease models and research methodologies.
7、Conduct knowledge and technical exchanges/training within and between teams; provide technical support and training to business-related departments (e.g., Sales and Marketing).
8、Perform other tasks assigned by management.

任职资格：

1、PhD degree required. Experienced in autoimmune disease models (e.g., Nephropathy, EAE, Psoriasis, Arthritis, SLE, Dermatitis, Pulmonary Fibrosis, IBD, or Asthma) is highly preferred.
2、Prior experienced in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO sector is a plus. English proficiency must be fluent (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and capable of being used as a working language.
3、Major in Biology, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields; Skilled at retrieving and analyzing literature relevant to new drug R&D.
4、Proficient in small animal (mice/rat) experimental operations and familiar with various biochemical assays.
5、Strong ability to summarize and process complex data; demonstrated spirit of technical innovation and capability for independent work.
6、Highly detail-oriented and responsible, with excellent communication skills and team cooperation.
