工作职责：

1.According to the development needs of the company, keep track of the global model biological research trends, and the development of anti-tumor therapeutics, promptly propose the direction of R&D and technological innovation related to genetically engineered mice area.
2.Prepare R&D project plans, coordinate resources to organize R&D implementation and ensure smooth progress of the project.
3.Provide relevant technical support in the process of transferring R&D to production, pay attention to the transformation of R&D products and make timely adjustments and optimizations.
4.Responsible for the establishment of Sops for the R&D process, the management of experimental records, and the timely resolution of various technical issues encountered in production.
5.Responsible for filing and maintaining intellectual property rights for R&D projects.

任职资格：

1.PhD in biology related field with good comprehension of pharmacology, oncology, immunology，metabolism or neurology.
2.Good with CRISPR technique .Familiar with animal experiments, and drug discovery process. Hands-on experience in animal studies and surgeries. Proficiency in a wide range of biological techniques including cell culture, cell engineering, Western blotting etc.
3.Excellent communication skills, oral and writing, in English and Chinese.
4.Strong sense of responsibility. Hard-working and self-motivated.
5.Capable of multitasking with good organization and prioritization skills.
6.Pleasant interpersonal skills, and be able to work with different teams as a leading or supporting function.
